Veritas Classical Christian Academy is a University-Model(R) School with a unique educational philosophy that includes high levels of parental involvement. All positions are part-time and on campus teaching days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Staff members (including teachers, office staff, substitutes and aides) must agree and sign our statement of faith, profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, have a heart for teaching, and pass a background check.

2026-2027 School Year

TEACHERS: Come teach in a Christ-centered school with small class sizes.

6-10th grades - openings in ALL SUBJECTS: Math, Science, English, History, and Latin

​some classes are Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday, and others are only Tuesday/Thursday

Logic/Debate classes - Monday only​

​ These are part-time positions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays giving the classroom instruction and planning for the work completed by the students at home before they come back to class.

Substitute Teachers
We are always in need Substitute Teachers. Our substitute teachers actually give instruction during the class times based on the lesson plans made by the class teacher. We need people with availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm.

The ideal candidate meets the following minimum requirements:

Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and is an active member of a local Christian church.

Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Has at least 2 years teaching experience.
*Hiring Preference is given to those with a teacher's license.

Teacher Essential duties include:

Lesson plan preparation and entry into student information system

Dynamic, engaging, and impactful classroom instruction that includes traditional & classical pedagogy

Grading of student assignments and recording of grades

Parent/student communication outside of class

Monthly faculty meeting
-
Faculty training and co-teacher (parent training) prior to school starting

Two parent/teacher conferences per year

Assist with the monitoring and safe movement of students on campus

Return of all curriculum, correction of errors, classroom cleanup at the conclusion of the school year
